Welcome to the ANREV/INREV/PREA Investment Intentions Survey, an in-depth exploration of investment aspirations within the real estate sector for the coming two years, with a focus on non-listed real estate funds. Conducted annually, from September to November, this global survey engages members of the three industry associations and market participants actively involved in the real estate sector.

Investors shift to higher-risk strategies in 2024
This year’s results show that over three quarters (78%) of investors looking to deploy capital in Europe, in 2024, are seeking higher risk strategies with the majority (55%) preferring value added. The gap between average current allocations and target allocations has decreased globally for the third year running.
