In the case of over-subscription upon the closing date for applications, INREV will select successful sponsors by drawing of lots (lottery). Unsuccessful applications will be voided.

In the case of under-subscription upon the closing date for applications, the application period will remain open until all sponsorships are filled. They will be awarded in the order that they are received.
