GRESB is an independent organisation providing validated ESG performance data and peer benchmarks for investors and managers to improve business intelligence, industry engagement and decision-making.
CRREM
The Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor (CRREM) provides the real estate industry with transparent, science-based decarbonisation pathways aligned with the Paris Climate Goals of limiting global temperature rise to 2°C, with ambition towards 1.5°C.
C Change
C-Change is a ULI-led programme to mobilise the European real estate industry to decarbonise. It’s a movement empowering everyone to work together for a sustainable future. Connecting the brightest minds from across the value chain. Leaders of Urban Future, a timebound, investor led project to cut through the complicated space of net zero targets, standards and pathways in real estate.
UKNZBS
The UK's first cross- industry Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard that brings together Net-Zero Carbon requirements for all major building types, based on a 1.5°C trajectory.
GPA
The Green Property Alliance is a committee of the Property Industry Alliance whose purpose is to stimulate industry-wide engagement relating to the sustainability challenges and opportunities that impact upon commercial property investment, development, management and occupation.
