DEI in Europe - Briefing

, Online

Register for the DEI in Europe briefing on Thursday 7 July at 10:00 CET / 9:00 UK time.

According to the Global Real Estate DEI Survey in which INREV participated, there is a clear mandate and momentum for DEI to be a priority, with 92% of firms adopting a DEI programme or initiative to improve DEI in the workplace.

In Europe, we have some catching up to do to be on par with our regional peers, specifically in terms of gender balance.

To continue the dialogue in Europe, INREV and ULI conducted a series of interviews with experts in this field to talk about the drivers and challenges of implementing DEI strategies in their organisations.

The key takeaways of the interviews will be shared with members in early July.
