INREV is pleased to announce the launch of the first ODCE Flash Report, delivering an early snapshot of performance across European open end diversified core equity (ODCE) funds.
Developed in response to investors’ growing demand for timely access to performance data, the ODCE Flash Report is the first of its kind in the market. It provides preliminary results just 15 business days after quarter end, giving investors early visibility into the direction of European core real estate performance ahead of the comprehensive ODCE Index, released eight weeks after quarter end.
