The community remain steadfast that INREV membership has a lot to offer. In 2020 they valued the insights and practical guidance we shared in light of COVID-19 and appreciated the increased access to a wide variety of online happenings. These results feed into the INREV Business Plan 2021 - 2023.

INREV Young Professionals Online Seminar 2020 was packed with the latest insights and hot topics in non-listed real estate.

These templates gives additional insight into the applicability of the INREV NAV adjustments for specific GAAPs to come to the fair value of the underlying assets and liabilities and to adjust for the spreading of costs that will benefit different generations of investors.

In 2020 the Nick Tyrrell Research Prize has been awarded to joint authors Jean-Christophe Delfim and Prof. Martin Hoesli of the Geneva School of Economics and Management University of Geneva, for their paper, 'Real Estate in Mixed-Asset Portfolios for Various Investment Horizons’
