In deciding how to invest, a fundamental choice is whether to use a range of specialist funds or to rely on others to make decisions about which country or which sector to invest in. This study helps inform this decision by exploring the differences in investment performance between specialist funds and multi country or multi sector funds. 

This paper concentrates on the creation of liquidity in open end fund structures, by describing best case scenarios where investors and fund managers can go on to further successful investments in follow-on or new funds.

INREV’s new study explores the relationship between Spezialfonds and German inflation and investigates whether Spezialfonds may provide a hedge against domestic inflation. 

For our 15-year anniversary, INREV decided to conduct a thorough self- review. The outcomes of the Vision project will be reflected in the 2019-2022 Business Plan.
