Henderson Park, the international private investment firm, and HAMBURG TEAM have fully pre-let approximately 20,000 square metres of office space at HAINWERK in Berlin to the internationally operating software company JetBrains on a 15-year lease. The office building is therefore fully let ahead of completion.
