Urban Partners has acquired a 21,500 square meters mixed‑use property in Denmark’s capital from Hines for an undisclosed sum.
The property located at Købmagergade 44A in Copenhagen consists of an upper-upscale hotel featuring 243 rooms and a food and beverage offering, alongside approximately 3,100 square meters of highstreet retail and 1,000 square meters of residential units.
