The European ODCE Index weakens further in Q2 2020

This consultation release of the European ODCE Index includes 13 funds which represent gross asset value (GAV) of €31.9 billion.   

From this release, the European ODCE Index includes participating funds factsheets.

Key highlights of the European ODCE Index Q2 2020:

  • The European ODCE Index delivered a quarterly total return of -1.27%, down from -0.22% posted in the previous quarter
  • Gross Asset Value (GAV) of ODCE participating funds accounted for €31.9 billion, down from €32.2 in the previous quarter
  • Retail, the second largest invested sector, saw a further decrease in allocation to 21.2% of GAV in Q2 2020

European ODCE Quarterly Index

The Index is wholly comprised of open end core commingled equity real estate funds that have a strategy to invest across pan Europe and across multiple sectors. Funds must comply with a strict eligibility criteria for four consecutive quarters in a row to be included in the index.
