Fund structuring course: tax considerations

Keen to learn how to execute and integrate tax considerations into the fund structuring process? Join this new course on Fund Structuring: Tax Considerations starting 16 January 2024.  This course will cover sustainable tax structures from both a fund strategy and investor point of view. The course will also examine the effect of new tax regimes on the non-listed real estate industry with a special focus on INREV’s Code of Tax Conduct, as well as the implications of ATAD (Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive) I, II and III.

Upon completing the course, participants will be able to:
