Operational real estate (OpRE) has risen in popularity among institutional investors in recent years, offering a different risk-return profile for investments and consequent changes for investment decision-making, fund structuring and governance. Our new Operational Real Estate course examines this emerging landscape, to help industry professionals gain a deeper understanding of OpRE.
