The INREV Due Diligence Questionnaire, better known to many as the DDQ is the most used standardised template by our members. The DDQ provides a standardised and well adopted framework, helping investors to achieve a high level of scrutiny when entering a vehicle for the first time.
As part of phase one of the Guidelines Review we also updated the Funds of Funds DDQ to bring it in line with the three stage phased approach of the INREV DDQ: Preliminary, Advanced and Supplementary.
In addition, a new appendix was created for social aspects, including diversity, equity and inclusion. The appendix is designed to be used together with all the different DDQs.
