Global ODCE funds maintained a positive performance of 0.71% in Q2 2026

Global ODCE funds maintained their sixth consecutive positive performance, with capital growth turning negative in Q2 2026. All three regions reported positive returns this quarter with the US ODCE funds outperforming the other regions. The Q2 2026 release features the performance of 49 funds with a combined GAV of US$ 353.1 billion. 

Key highlights: 

  • The Q2 2026 Global ODCE fund index delivered a net total return of 0.71%, down from 1.06% posted in the previous quarter. 
  • Capital growth turned negative in Q2, posting -0.04%, down 35 bps from the previous quarter, while the accrual-based income return remained unchanged at 0.74%. 
  • US ODCE funds outperformed the other regions, posting a total return of 1.28%, followed by Europe with 0.78%, then Asia Pacific with 0.05%.
