We are delighted to announce that Lucy Fletcher has been appointed by the Management Board as the new INREV Chair.
A board member since 2021, Lucy previously served on INREV’s Investor Advisory Council and brings over 26 years of experience in the global real estate industry to the role.
In her current role as Fund Manager within CBRE Investment Management’s Indirect Private Real Estate team, she is responsible for fund strategy and performance. Lucy has lived and worked in three continents and brings a wealth of global experience to the role.
Lucy previously served as Managing Director and Global Head of Portfolio Management at QuadReal in Vancouver, held a senior position at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Asia Pacific, and worked at JLL in Chicago.
Lucy succeeds Martin Lemke, Managing Director of AM Alpha, who served as INREV Chair from 2021 to 2025. During his tenure, Martin was the first representative from a family office investor to take on the role, bringing over 25 years of real estate experience to the position. We extend our sincere gratitude to Martin for his dedicated service and leadership.
