The INREV Data Connectivity Project

As part of this week’s Data Spotlight on the essential data toolkit, we’re excited to introduce INREV’s Data Connectivity Project — a multi‑year initiative designed to simplify reporting, align data fields across products and reduce the burden on managers and investors. With reporting demands expanding across regulatory, investor and sustainability requirements, the project aims to streamline processes and improve interoperability across the INREV ecosystem.

The blog highlights three core elements of the project:

  • The creation of a new Data Dictionary that aligns fields across the SDDS, the Global Definitions Database and the INREV Data Platform
  • A revised data collection process, including an all‑in‑one template to reduce duplication and support smoother reporting in future
  • New opportunities for connectivity between SDDS and the Data Platform, enabling pre‑population and reuse of shared data fields
