At the end of Q2 2023 the INREV Vehicle Universe featured 571 vehicles with a total gross asset value (GAV) of €473.6 billion, an increase of 27 vehicles from last quarter despite 11 funds being liquidated.
- In Q2 the total GAV of the INREV Vehicle Universe increased by 4.23% while capital values on the INREV Quarterly Fund Index decreased by -1.24%.
- Since the end of 2018, 83 new vehicles have been launched. By the end of Q2 2023, their total net asset value (NAV) amounted to €27.6 billion, and their gross asset value (GAV) had reached €42.3 billion.
- Six new vehicles were launched in the first half of 2022 but only one new vehicle was launched in Q2 2023.
