Learning goals

This INREV Investor Relations and Communication course, led by Gabi Stein (Nuveen Real Estate) and a group of some of the industry’s leading capital raising professionals, provides a highly practical, experience-driven perspective on the role.

The course begins with a networking dinner on the evening of 24 November. The following day explores the global investor landscape, including investor preferences, cultural considerations, and regional differences. Participants will review the full capital raising cycle: from product development and market positioning to investor outreach, due diligence, and closing commitments. The programme also addresses the current regulatory environment, including cross-border marketing challenges and the growing impact of sustainability-related regulations.

The course concludes with an interview with a senior global institutional investor, followed by a panel discussion with investor representatives, offering insights into investor expectations and practical insights into do's and don'ts for investor relations professionals.
