We’re excited to announce that applications for the fifth edition of the Young Professionals Mentorship Programme (2026 – 2027) are now open. If you're a young professional (up to 32 years old) eager to advance your career in the industry, then the Young Professionals Mentorship Programme is the perfect opportunity for you. This programme will connect you and other peers with senior industry leaders to gain valuable insights in a small group setting. Mentees define their own objectives to work on throughout the year, which could include learning to communicate more effectively, thinking strategically, managing stakeholders and navigating complex organisational environments with confidence. Throughout the year, mentees and mentors will meet in person and online at a consistent frequency, to ensure plenty of opportunities to connect, share and learn.
Mentees will be selected and matched with their mentor and fellow mentees based on input from their application form. The deadline to submit an application for the next run of the programme (July 2026 – June 2027) is Friday 17 April. To apply or find out more, visit our mentorship page below.
