The INREV Young Professionals Conference 2026 took place on 25 June in Berlin, gathering over 200 young professionals (under 32) in non-listed real estate—64% of them for the first time.
This year’s programme explored the theme “Growth in a changing world: positioning for what’s next”. Attendees heard from inspiring speakers on a wide range of topics, from the future of capitalism to global demographic changes, to successful storytelling and investment decision-making in an evolving industry.
