KKR and its European logistics platform Mirastar have acquired a 2.7m square feet portfolio of eight fully occupied UK logistics assets from Ares Real Estate for an undisclosed sum.
The portfolio comprises modern distribution assets across established logistics markets in the Midlands, South East and North of England, including Corby, Doncaster, Stoke-on-Trent and Milton Keynes.
