Vastint and Hines have acquired the Glasmacherviertel site in Düsseldorf-Gerresheim through a joint venture to develop approximately 1,700 new homes. The 193,000-square-meter former industrial plot will feature a gross floor area of around 210,000 square meters dedicated to residential, commercial, and social infrastructure.
