Last October, INREV, Ferguson Partners and NAREIM published the results of the Global Fund Management Survey 2021, the most comprehensive annual global study of enterprise benchmarking and management practices in the commercial real estate industry.

Join us online on Thursday 10 March from 15 – 16:30 CET when Erin Green, Ferguson Partners will present the highlights of the report and Rob Wilkinson, AEW Europe and Chair of the INREV Fund Manager Advisory Council will explain how these findings can be helpful for managers. 

The survey is designed to provide real estate investment managers and private equity firms with current information regarding strategic, organisational, financial, and operational benchmarks and practices. It offers an in-depth view of firms’ organisational structures, staffing levels, roles, responsibilities and workload metrics, enterprise financial performance metrics and fund / account terms and conditions.
