It examines real estate investment strategies against the backdrop of the macroeconomy and property market cycles, and shows how investors take a multi-asset approach using real-life examples. The course also covers the role of leverage in a real estate portfolio and addresses key strategic issues such as fees, risk and fund and manager selection, with the opportunity to discuss these topics directly with senior industry leaders.

The course begins with a networking dinner on the evening of 10 November, a great opportunity to meet fellow participants and speakers before a full day of interactive sessions, discussions and a case study exercise.
