Committees

INREV's first priority is to serve the interests of its members and the non-listed real estate sector. The organisation achieves its goals largely through the efforts of a number of permanent committees and one-off focus groups, both made up of INREV members. Each committee and focus group has a clearly defined purpose and members are selected on the basis of their experience and expertise. INREV's committees are made up of a rotating membership of INREV members who meet throughout the year.

Requirements

A committee requires a 3-year commitment.
If selected, each member company may have up to three representatives in three different committees.
Applications can be submitted year-round to be considered for the following 2027 term.

Enhancing industry knowledge and promoting transparency in the non-listed real estate debt segment.

Encouraging the standardisation of investor due diligence in non-listed real estate vehicles.

Establishing a unified view of ESG and promoting robust standards of corporate governance.

To promote market transparency and improve consistency of information presented to investors regarding the governance and operations for the operational real estate model.

Defining standards of performance measurement for non-listed real estate vehicles.

Ensuring European regulators and policy makers are aware of the contribution and importance of non-listed real estate investment to economic growth and job creation in Europe.

Improving the consistency and presentation of information and encouraging greater transparency in reporting to investors.

Setting the industry standard for non-listed real estate research.

Increasing market knowledge of tax, exploring ways to optimise performance through the harmonisation of tax structures, and monitoring and providing input on tax-related developments in the industry.

Further developing INREV’s position on technology in the non-listed real estate industry.

Supporting industry players' continuous professional development through a wide range of training and education activities.

Optimising the INREV Young Professionals annual programme to meet the unique needs of Young Professionals (under 32) in the non-listed real estate industry.
