The INREV Foundation Course is an introduction to all the major aspects of the non-listed real estate industry. This online course is the perfect opportunity for newcomers to the industry to learn about the fundamentals of non-listed real estate, or for others to broaden their knowledge of the industry.

Delivered over seven weeks, from 6 July to 24 August, it combines on-demand learning with live Zoom sessions.

During this course, you will learn about the overall appeal of non-listed real estate, the drivers and strategies for various industry players as well as current market dynamics such as the consequences of rising interest rates and inflation. You’ll also learn how the industry’s ESG efforts have evolved and how impact investment is emerging.

Finally, you’ll discover how INREV supports transparency and professionalism through our INREV Guidelines and other best practices like due diligence, INREV NAV and performance measurement.

  • Learn how investors and managers practice robust due diligence;
  • Have an overview of different performance analysis methodologies.
