At the end of Q1 2023 the INREV Vehicle Universe featured 531 vehicles with a total gross asset value (GAV) of €454.4 billion.
Key highlights:
- In Q1 the total GAV of the INREV Vehicle Universe increased by 0.22% while capital values on the INREV Quarterly Fund Index decreased by -1.49%.
- Since the end of 2018, 79 new vehicles have been launched. By the end of Q4 2022, their total net asset value (NAV) amounted to €25.3 billion, and their gross asset value (GAV) had reached €39.6 billion.
- Six new vehicles were launched in the first half of 2022 but no new vehicle launches have been reported in Q1 2023.
