The INREV Vehicles Universe grew to a total net asset value (NAV) of €305.6 billion and gross asset value (GAV) of €400.0 billion.
Key highlights:
- Since the Q1 2021 publication, six new vehicles were added to the Universe, whilst six liquidated vehicles were removed
- Open end vehicles dominate the Universe with 76.2% of the total GAV. On the other hand, closed end vehicles dominate by number, with 277 vehicles out of 516 in total
- Vehicles targeting the industrial/logistics and residential sector are the largest, with an average NAV of €980.3 million and €812.1 million, respectively
