On 21 February, INREV filed its response to the UK government's consultation on Transparency of land ownership involving trusts welcoming the initiative to further enhance transparency of UK property ownership. We emphasised the importance of streamlined and efficient administrative requirements and appropriately resourced relevant enforcement agencies.
