The INREV Academy Certificate is designed to help real estate professionals build specialist knowledge of the non-listed real estate industry and gain a recognised qualification that supports long-term career development.
To achieve the Certificate, participants must complete:
- Three mandatory courses within their chosen curriculum
- Two elective courses from the INREV training programme
- A final assessment

Participants learn how to analyse and interpret cash flow models, gain a deeper understanding of fund and asset valuations and reporting, and develop an overview of the financing landscape that supports real estate investment.
