Register here for the INREV North American Conference taking place on 28 September in New York City. This is a full one-day event specifically tailored to US members, where a select group of industry speakers will present updates and insights on the latest trends in investing in the European non-listed real estate market.
We will start with a birds eye view of the European geopolitical and economic landscape. Alexis Crow (PwC) will address managing the energy crisis and Mahdi Mokrane (PATRIZIA) will look at the hampering impact of inflation on growth.
Then in between coffee and lunch, Henri Vuong (PGIM Real Estate) will look at the debt effect and the outlook for lending with increasing interest rates. Our conference moderator, Elizabeth Troni (CBRE Investment Management) will guide us through a session on alternative sectors.
In the afternoon we will focus on the important topic of ESG. Steve O’Connell (Grosvenor) will look at how ESG is being embedded in both US and European markets. And last but not least, we will round off the content part of the day with a thought-provoking and insightful global investor panel on value plays in Europe.
And if that’s not enough you can also join the ESG Open Session, on 27 September, the afternoon before the conference. In this session you will hear about the ESG impact on valuation, get updates on SFDR, EU Taxonomy and learn about INREV’s own ESG initiatives to guide the industry forward.
