We are pleased to invite you – INREV Young Professionals (Under 35’s) - to register to join the exciting property tour of aer Munich on 22 September from 15:00 - 18:30.

In 2020, Hines acquired aer, formerly Fritz9, two office buildings in Munich. The assets comprise more than 87,000 square meters and are located next to Einkaufs-Center Neuperlach, Munich’s largest shopping mall, and exceptional public transport links.

aer is currently undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment transforming. A sustainable and innovative working and living environment is to be created. The existing building in the western part of the site will be completely renovated and redesigned. A multi-tenant office building with a sustainable energy concept is intended – with the aim of achieving complete carbon neutrality. In combination with the plans for the existing building to the east, a campus is also to be created with attractive outdoor areas that are accessible to everyone. On this second plot of land, reorganization is planned, including the creation of affordable housing units.

Those who join this tour will also hear a presentation of the redevelopment by Hines,  concluding with a networking drinks reception on site.
